Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Letshandcraft, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help with a simple and transparent return, exchange, and refund process.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a hassle-free return and exchange window of 5 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • The product must successfully pass our quality inspection during reverse pickup or upon receipt at our warehouse.

Exchange Guidelines

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • A product can be exchanged only once.
  • Products purchased during clearance sales, Buy-One-Get-One, Bundled offers, special promotional campaigns, exclusive coupon discounts, collaborations, or offers involving free products are not eligible for refunds. However, they can be exchanged subject to availability.
  • Customized products cannot be returned as they are printed on demand as per specific customer need so it cannot be reused for others. However, if you have received damaged product, we will exchange it. 

Unboxing Video Requirement

To protect both our customers and our brand, we strongly recommend recording a clear video while opening your package, ensuring all labels and packaging are visible.

This video may be required as proof in case of:

  • Missing items
  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect products
  • Empty parcels

Unfortunately, claims made without sufficient proof may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund processing.


Reverse Pickup Service

For your convenience, we provide free reverse pickup services wherever available.

Important Information

  • Reverse pickup is provided at no additional cost.
  • Two pickup attempts will be made for each return request.
  • The product must pass quality inspection before a refund or exchange is approved.

Non-Serviceable Areas

If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, you may self-ship the product to our warehouse.

Please ensure that:

  • The package is packed securely.
  • Your 4 digit Order ID and registered mobile number are clearly mentioned on the parcel.
  • Courier tracking details are shared with our support team at +91-7973816479 after dispatch.

Courier Reimbursement for Self-Shipments

Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, we will:

  • Process your refund.
  • Reimburse courier charges up to ₹100.

We recommend using India Post Speed Post for self-shipments due to its extensive network and reliable service.


Refund Policy

Refunds are initiated only after the returned product successfully passes our quality inspection.

Prepaid Orders

For prepaid orders, you may choose:

  • Refund to the original payment method, or
  • Store Wallet Credit

Processing Timeline

  • Refund initiation: Within 24 after quality approval.
  • Bank/Card refund: Typically credited within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.
  • Wallet credits: Added instantly after approval.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders:

  • Refunds will be issued as Letshandcraft Wallet Credit.
  • Wallet credits can be used for future purchases.
  • Credits remain valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.

Note: Orders purchased using wallet credits will be refunded back as wallet credits only.


Order Cancellation & Modifications

Orders can be cancelled or modified only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

You may request:

  • Order cancellation
  • Change of address
  • Change of contact number
  • Product replacement
  • Size modification

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • A used product
  • A product with missing tags
  • An incorrect item

Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and share:

  • Clear photographs, and/or
  • Unboxing video

After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


Terms & Conditions

  • Customers are responsible for maintaining the product in its original condition until it is returned.
  • Please refer to the size chart carefully before placing an order.
  • Product colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings and display resolutions.
  • Customers must provide accurate bank account details for refunds. Letshandcraft will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect information.
  • If you receive delivery confirmation but have not received the order, please contact us within 48 hours.
  • Cashback, rewards, or payment-related issues associated with third-party payment providers must be addressed directly with the respective provider.
